How much does it cost to rent the space?
Our simple, transparent rate is $100/hour. No hidden fees.

Do you require a deposit?
A non-refundable booking fee is due at the time of reservation to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before your event.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially weekends and holidays which go quickly.

What's included with the rental?
Use of tables, black Bentwood chairs, table linens, kitchenette, 2 bathrooms, bluetooth sound system, 55inch TV and use of space.

Can I see the space before booking?
Absolutely! We’d love to give you a tour so you can visualize your event setup.

How many guests can the venue hold?
The Canvas is designed for intimate gatherings of up to 50 guests.

Do you allow outside catering?
Yes! We’re an open-vender venue, so you may bring in your own food or hire your favorite caterer.

Can we bring alcohol?
Yes, we are a BYOB venue. You are welcome to bring your own beer, wine, and liquor.

How much time do we get to setup and cleanup?
Your rental time should include setup and cleanup. Many hosts add an extra hour on each end for peace of mind.

Can we decorate the space?
Yes! We encourage you to make it your own canvas. We just ask that you avoid nails, screws, glitter, or anything that could damage the walls or flooring.

Do you provide staff during events?
Our team will open the doors, provide a quick walkthrough, and be available by phone/text if you need anything. We do not stay onsite during your event.

What if the weather is bad?
Your booking fee is non-refundable, but we are happy to work with you on rescheduling options if extreme weather prevents your event.

Is there parking?
Yes! Free parking is available directly onsite for you and your guests.
