Our pricing includes everything you need: 50 black bentwood chairs, six round tables, three cocktail tables with 12 additional bar stools. You’ll have access to a Bluetooth sound system, a 55-inch smart TV, a kitchenette with a full-size fridge and freezer, and two private bathrooms - one of which includes a baby changing station.

With the rate, we also include kitchen utensils, two water dispensers, and a coffee maker. In 2026, we will be working on an inventory list for additional add-ons to enhance your event experience.

Our Premium Linen Package is available for a flat $50 and includes floor-length table linens for event use. Linen colors may be selected from ivory, white, or black. This optional fee covers laundering, pressing, and standard wear and tear. Clients are also welcome to provide their own linens if preferred.

A minium rental of three (3) hours is required for all reservations on Saturdays and Sundays. Your rental time must include all setup, decorating, vendor arrival, and breakdown/clean up, as access to the space is limited strictly to your scheduled booking window.

Reservations are not confirmed until a booking fee is received. A 25% non-refundable fee is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours prior to your event.

Payments may be made via Venmo, cash or check. All balances must be paid in full by the required payment deadlines to maintain your reservations.
